๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ‡ซ

๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ‡ซ means the flag of Wallis and Futuna, also known as the French overseas territory in the South Pacific.

The flag consists of four quarters: the blue field with a white cross in the top left signifies Christianity and Franceโ€™s links to the region. The bottom three quarters feature a red background with a white five-pointed star in the top left corner, representing the archipelagoโ€™s main islands: Wallis, Futuna, and Alofi.

According to the Welsh development agency Welsh Government, the flag was adopted officially in 1961. This emoji is used to talk about Wallis and Futunaโ€™s cultural identity, history, geography, or political status as a French Territory.
