The Sudan πΈπ© Flag Emoji is an image of the national flag of Sudan as a country in the northeastern part of Africa. It has three horizontal bands of red, white and black and a green triangle, all on the left side of the flag. The red signifies fight for freedom, white stands for peace and unity and the black for history of the country and the people. The green triangle symbolizes the countryβs agriculture as well as the hope for wealth.
The flag was designed by Adly Shukri, the Egyptian-Sudanese architect, and adopted officially on the 20th May, 1970. This is the emoji adopted to express aspects of Sudaneseβ culture, history, and pride when in social media discussions.
