The South Korea Flag Emoji π°π· is the South Korea's flag emoji, and the official name for it is the "Taegeukgi."
However, in the flag, the background was white, that represented purity and peace. In the middle is the central Taegeuk (yin-yang) circle, which represents balance and harmony, red and blue. Surrounding the circle are four black trigrams, each symbolizing different elements: reflecting Koreaβs philosophical heritage, heaven, earth, water, and fire.
The flag was created by Park Yeong-hyo, a Korean statesman, first adopted March 6, 1883, re-established after Korea's liberation in, 1945. This emoji is often used to represent South Koreaβs culture, a history and its national pride.
