Flag: Philippines Emoji

The Philippines Flag Emoji 🇵🇭 represents the national flag of the Philippines, consisting of two horizontal stripes: top is blue and bottom is red. On the left side there was a white triangle containing a golden sun with eight rays depicting the first eight provinces that rebelled against Spanish rule. 

Three stars represent the country’s three main geographical regions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The flag was adopted officially on the Revolution's Philippine stage, May 28, 1898. It depends on for whom it is: if the country is quiet (blue on top), but if it is at war (red on top). 

The union of all of this in this emoji represents the history, pride, and identity of that nation.
