Flag: Kenya Emoji

The symbol 🇰🇪 depicts the Flag of Kenya: Kenya is a Republic in East Africa with unique culture and wonderful geography. Currently, the flag is composed of three parallel black, white-bordered red, and green bands with the red, white, and black shield and two crossed spears. Black is associated with the people of Kenya, red with blood, which was spilled during the struggle for independence, green for the country’s resources and agriculture, white for peace in the united Kenya.

The flag became official on 12th of December 1963 this after Kenya had gained independence from the United Kingdom. It is on this emoji that people of Kenya celebrate their culture, history and overall pride as a nation.
