Flag: Jordan Emoji

The emoji, Jordan Flag Emoji 🇯🇴 is the national flag emoji of Jordan, a Middle Eastern country. 

The flag consists of three horizontal stripes: It is black on top and green on the bottom. These are traditional Pan Arab colors which stand for the unity of Arab nations. The red triangle in the hoist (left) side of the flag contains a white seven-pointed star which denotes the Hashemite dynasty and the seven regions of Jordan. 

At the time when Jordan was a British mandate the flag was designed by Abdullah I of Jordan, the country's first king and officially adopted on April 18, 1928. This emoji is included that represents Jordan’s culture, cultural heritage, national pride and identity.
