Japan Flag Emoji 🇯🇵 is the Emoji that represents the national flag of Japan; also called “Nisshōki” or “Hinomaru.” 

The flag features a simple yet powerful design: a central field on which is found a red circle. The red circle is the sun, reminding Japan of their Nickname the “Land of the Rising Sun.” Purity, honesty and peace is expressed in this; the white background.
