Flag: Djibouti Emoji

This symbol is the ironic representation of the Djibouti’s flag and is used to refer to the country, its culture, and its people. A light blue band is located below a green band, which is accompanied by a white triangle taking up the left side of the flag; a red star is located in the middle of the triangle. The blue one represents the sky and the sea, green – the land and white is the symbol of peace. The red star is symbol of unity and the fight for independency.

The present flag of the country was adopted on June 27 in 1977, the same time when the country entered independence from France. The flag of Djibouti Emoji 🇩🇯 also expresses the desire of the nation for stable and prosperous future.
